Packaging:
The materials are carefully packaged in robust 500lb test boxes and delivered by
top of the line freight courier service.
Time Frame:
Alumawood is made to order but you can
typically expect to receive your order within 9-14 business days. Times will
vary depending on your location, if you are picking up or having it shipped and
how fast production is running; production time is generally 7 business days,
orders go into the factory on a first come first serve basis. Orders are shipped
out of Southern California and generally take 2-5 days working west to east
respectively.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping prices are located on the online price pages for each Alumawood
awning based on the awnings size and weight. Shipping Costs is a
combination of Freight, Product Packaging and your location; to simplify the
shipping prices ship ranges based on zip codes are used for your
convenience.
Freight Damages:
Try-Tech uses the best freight couriers and damages are very rare but
unfortunately due to the nature of shipping damages do occasionally occur; if a
damage occurs we handle all freight claims and will get your replacement parts
out to you ASAP. Your only responsibility is to note damages on the bill of
lading and inform us of what parts are damaged.

Customer Pickup is available in Romoland - CA, Buena Park - CA, Sacramento
- CA, Las Vegas - NV and Phoenix - AZ.
If you're interested in a picking up the product yourself
the price shown online minus sales tax (California residents
only) is the total price without any shipping/packaging
costs or any other hidden costs. See the option in the
shipping drop down menu on any price page for customer pick
up - price will be shown at $0.00.
Picking up the product yourself can be a big
savings but your time, gas costs or possible trailer rental
costs have to be taken in consideration. Production
time still applies, you will only save shipping time. |
