Unfortunately shipping damages do occasionally occur, if your shipment is damaged it must be noted at time of delivery, by signing the Release Form/Bill of Lading you are agreeing that shipment is in good condition.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping Costs is a combination of Freight and Packaging. Freight Cost is determined by the amount of materials it takes for your particular project and your location, shipping varies greatly from as little as $90.00 and up. We run a freight quote when you fill out a Free Quote and will be included in your price. Packaging is done with 500lb test cardboard and all parts are wrapped in plastic to prevent scratching. Packaging costs vary averaging around $150. With a customer pickup (customer pickup available in California only) your packaging cost is less, less material is used due to the fact that you will be picking the material up yourself.

OPTIONAL CUSTOMER PICKUP

Customer Pickup is available in Romoland and in Sacramento only. Romoland Pickup is offered for all products. The Sacramento Pickup is available for Alumawood Patio Covers, Alumawood Carports and Alumawood Arbor Lattice only (NO Standard Aluminum Patio Covers, Standard Aluminum Carports, Window Awnings or Door Canopies available in Sacramento).

PLEASE NOTE: Amerimax Building Products ™ (Factory/Manufacturer) handles no money and has pickup help available only. Contact us with all questions, Amerimax distributes products through Dealers, they do not deal direct with the public. Amerimax will only be able to assist you at time of pickup locating and loading your awning, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. When you pickup your awning you will need to go to Amerimax's customer pickup office/loading area, an Amerimax representatvie will look up your order and assist you in loading.

Picking up the product yourself can be a big savings but your time, gas costs or possible trailer rental costs have to be taken in consideration. Production time still applies, you will only save shipping time.
