  A Kit designed for a 10lb Live Load would be approx. $2,200 (not including shipping). The 20lb Snow load required .036" thick pans instead of .024", Thicker .040" Posts instead of .032" Posts and 3" Setback Beam that a kit designed for a 10lb Live Load would not require.
