Our Awnings are delivered by common carriers such as  Roadway, Matheson, Viking, etc. The Shipper is determined by the size of the Awning and your Location.  We have contracts with many Freight Companies and have very good discounted rates with most local and nationwide carriers.

An Awning ordered on a Monday is on its way to you by the following Monday of the next week. Carrier and distance determine shipping time. Shipping to Louisiana takes about 5 business days from California. To East Coast the trip is about 5-6 business days. Shipping time within California generally 2 business days.

An average size Awning will be shipped from 4 to 7 boxes.  Larger Awnings will of course require more packages in order to be easily moved. The longer the projection (out from house) of the Awning, the longer the boxes. The largest length we can ship is 24' long and is at our discretion to ship due to common carrier limitations.

Please inspect your packages upon arrival to make sure All of your Material was Delivered and there are no Freight Damages.  Customers are responsible to notify Try-Tech and note on Bill of Lading of Any Missing or Damaged items upon receipt.

Our Packaging Department does an outstanding job. However, upon arrival verify that your order is complete just to make sure everything is there.
